Wouldn’t recommend, we have stayed there before and it was ok. This time because we booked through Trip.com the manager would not refund us when we could not make the trip as my partner was sick (we had a medical certificate) He answer was don’t book online. He said we hadn’t given enough notice, I did try to ring the day before to cancel and got a very rude lady who said nope nothing we can do go online and fix it. Trip.com we’re not very helpful either yes they did speak with the manager but it was 24 hours after I initially rang. Wouldn’t recommend either business.
