We stayed 2 nights.
The location can’t deny is very convenient.
However, to our surprise when the door is opened, the room condition is not only classic (old) but also dusty and dirty. The floor carpet is stained and dusty, we don’t dare to step on the carpet with bare feet. The toilet is basic. But the sewer line has issue and have foul smell. TV and fridge are not working, expected that after reading other reviews, but did not expect the condition is that bad. On overall, the room is like 1-star hotel.

I haven't been to Genting in 15 years, and this trip to Genting left me with a rare experience.
To be honest, although it is troublesome to wait for the room, it cannot be used if you encounter a 1st world member card. It cannot be automatically checked in, there must be a long line. Fortunately, the waiters there were very friendly.
The room is older, but it's still clean.
Decorated leisure area, personal feel very stewed, not as comfortable as before cool. You'll get lost in there. Fortunately, there are more restaurants there, and the price will certainly be a little more expensive than normal.
It is also suitable for people who like to shop.

Check-in was a nightmare. Need to pay for getting a Q number, and the number of people in front of you was more than 40!
Proceeded to Q at self-check-in counter when told that using third party platform to book the room. The machines there needed a staff to operate though, hence system created a backlog as I can see from the previous reviews provided by this website. Yet, the problem remains unchanged even though many weeks or months have already gone by.
Was given a basement 1 room, when I mentioned that I wanted a high floor. This is my first time staying in a basement hotel!

The machine was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I communicated with the platform all night but got no results. I stayed up all night. Bad reviews, bad reviews, 10,000 bad reviews
