Not worth for the price paid, despite the convenience. Small room, looks really old especially the furnishes, the decor is so different from the image shown. I felt very stuffy and I dislike the dark ambience. Will not be staying here again.

Asked by phone. Where is breakfast. Answered by the receptionist. Didn't get breakfast. Even though I paid for breakfast. Bad hotel. Random answer. Trip.com gave half compensation. In the form of points. But I still lost half.

Due to the holiday, we had to wait in a long line to check in to the hotel. However, when it was finally our turn, there were no rooms available. It felt like scrambling for stocks, constantly refreshing and trying to secure a room. The most pitiful sight was the elderly guests, standing there helpless and not knowing what to do.
