Facilities: No toothbrush, no towels, a stained sofa, only the lost items notices posted everywhere on the wall in the room. Environment: The balcony is opposite the construction site, the window is the road, motorcycles roar in the middle of the night, steel tower cranes clang during the day. It takes ten minutes to walk on the mountain road to find a convenience store. I was deceived by the photos, everyone. I didn't live in that handsome tall building, but in the short parking garage below. Pay attention to the photos, there is a garage outside the door! Service: The front desk is particularly difficult to find. The security guards around don't speak English. There are four towers. It took a long time to find this front desk by accident at the edge of the parking lot. However, the front desk also speaks English with a strong Malay accent. The place where I live is not in the same place as the front desk.

The room was generally clean. The toilet in the room we were originally given was leaking. After feedback, we were immediately given a new room, and the service attitude was OK.
