The room was clean. The equipment is relatively new, the hygiene is good, the environment is beautiful, the service is cleaned every day, the front desk is enthusiastic, and the hotel also has a shuttle bus to **. Breakfast variety is good.

Room service was bad. We didn’t have shampoo n shower gel in the room. No indication what the liquid dispensary is used for. Didn’t want to take the chance to use it. Was it hand wash, shampoo, or bath gel?!!!! Complimentary tea packet was one only. If try to contact room service , no one answering! We had to go to the lobby n look for ppl to ask for iron. We were disappointed cos we took the biggest room.
The breakfast was horrible. Nvr indicate what was the food. I have food allergy n most of the time I had to guess what is it. . No cups for hot beverages. When asked the staff got me a plastic cup !!!! How to have hot coffee poured in there???!! I’m not going back there again!!

Very large, new hotel was sent too from booked hotel . The whole complex including parking is very difficult to follow. Nothing is straight forward. Room itself was ok. Breakfast heaps to choose from - none of it very good.

The rooms were really nice. The hotel itself is not practical and consist of many towers connected by long corridors and is very easy to get lost
The property is very isolated and there is nowhere to walk from the hotel

Even though I made a reservation at this hotel, there were no vacancies so I had to stay at the Wyndham Hotel, which was just a few minutes away by car.
However, they provided transportation and there was a shuttle bus from the bus terminal at Genting Highlands (amusement park, mall) for just under 200 yen, so it was a hotel with great service.
There were many Japanese cars on display at the front desk, which got me excited.
