Service and room was awesome. Other than the fact that we did not know how to on the room’s heater and we were freezing when we needed to get out of bed for toilet in the middle of the night, everything else was awesome.

As expected of the top luxury hotel in Genting, the room is relatively large, the facilities are relatively new, the view is very good, and it feels like flying in the clouds haha! Drinks and snacks are provided when checking in, and various sweets are fed in the afternoon (very good but a bit disturbing), and travel toiletries are provided in the room. I feel that the hotel is quite generous. However, the lobby is a bit small, and I was assigned a room far away from the elevator. It takes five or six minutes to walk from the room to the lobby😂
