Room is okay except the bed sheet and towels have some stained, hot water shower has limited time but overall should be fine if u do not take long showers, location wise is acceptable just need to prepare to pay to and fro grab fare arnd 10-22rm if you do not want to wait the shuttle service which is 6rm per person

Easy check-in process. Clean room and comfortable bed. Soundproofing need to improve, can hear voices from corridor and chair moving sound from room above.

Pros;
Nice hotel for family. Got extra single bed.
Pillow and mattress are very comfort.
Quite place, suitable for those who looking for healing themself.
The location is not really far from first world hotel.
All necessary amenities there.
I search hotel with family room/extra bed because I have 2 kids & 1 baby, but mostly the price quite high. But this hotel price is acceptable.
Free parking.
Cons;
Breakfast is not available.
Dont have restaurants nearby. Get yourself full before back to hotel.
Quite confusing to reach the room from basement parking lot because its located at different tower.
Conclusion;
Very good hotel. For sure will book this hotel again for next trip.

It is an apartment-style hotel, and it is clean. However, if you wear white slippers, the floor tiles in this room will be slippery if they get wet. Elderly and children should be careful when wearing slippers in the room. There is a microwave, a filtered water dispenser, a kettle, a large double bed, two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, a small single bed (which is placed on the side and can sleep an adult), a double sofa, a small coffee table, a small TV cabinet, a small desk, a shoe cabinet, a small balcony, and toiletries. There are large bottles of shampoo and shower gel, as well as wet wipes and tissues. The two units I stayed in were facing a relatively unsightly direction. Smoking is allowed here, and it is not far from **. You can take a special car downstairs to take you to the First World Hotel. A small car costs 40 Malaysian ringgits, and a large car costs 80 Malaysian ringgits. You can also walk to the entrance of a hotel next door and wait for the shuttle bus, which costs about 7 Malaysian ringgits per person. Call the administrator to come and give you the room card, and you can check in directly. When you check out, just contact the administrator to take the room card away. (I didn't take any photos, so I just put a few of them randomly)
