We had an overall pleasant stay. That said, we were a bit puzzled as the staff repeatedly reminded us to check out, even though it was still within the allowed checkout time.

Nice place for deep breath inside the cloud and fresh air.
Onsen is standard, limit time for 1 hr, but it’s perfect and enough time for dipping within 4 types onsen pool.
Parking lot is in different building, but not that much far, less than 5 mins walk.

The hotel is good to stay at, we enjoyed the Onsen and the environment of the hotel. It’s near to the sky avenue too. I also requested the management to decorate the room as that was my boyfriend’s birthday trip and they made us some simple decorations and towel cake. I really appreciated that. But the only issue was the noise of water flushing from the upper level is keep us waking up and we didn’t sleep well at night. Hope the management can take note on this.

They are located at slightly away from genting, around 10 mins drive from genting. There are self paid shuttle bus that will bring you back and forth to genting.
The onsen experience is great, although couldn’t compare against with actual onsen, but still sufficient to relief muscle sore.
