I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious and well maintained event this isn't brand new building. My initial booking was for 1 night only but after I spent the first night I decided to extend another day with request another room that facing to Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Ms. Fara was helped to find my request and she asking Mr. Reva to showing me some room. They were very nice, friendly and informative. Also I thank Mr. Komarus- the room attendant who really friendlt and well in clean my room, he help to explain the function of AC which is I got confused. Then the security - Mr. Haryono also nice and informative when I asks about surrounding interesting places to visit and eat. For Room Service : I ordered Fried Gurame and Pizza , All was good. The area to improve : 1. Level of hot water need to be better 2. The noisy from AC need to be fix Other than that all experiences went extraordinary stay ! Thanks Wyndham Surayabaya, absolutely ,I will be back !

The hotel is great since it’s still new, so everything looks neat and clean. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the bed. The TV is already equipped with Google TV, and the cable channels are complete too. All the rooms are on the upper floors, so the view of Surabaya skyscrapers are really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast, and there wasn’t any room service menu in the room, so I can’t say anything about the food. The only downside is there’s no minimarket nearby. The Praxis building is pretty empty at the moment, just two restaurants and a coffee shop. Overall, this hotel is way better than the five-star Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya, and I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being one of the first guests.

The room was clean, the AC was cold, and the service was friendly. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! The only thing that could be improved is a larger parking area.

Hi hotel management I like to thank you for good hospitality good service ,staffs friendly and responsive fast attended to room service. From reception ,restaurant room service and maintenance dept . Door men and security staff all showing friendly Only problem during my stay 4 night it sound from motobike scramble noisy continuously heard till all night till early morning at the hotel front side facing middle circle main road with traffic light And room facing back also have sound problem.this music sound beat constantly all night long start 11 onward ill till morning 4.30 am .until you can hear it and follow the music all night till morning .frankly honestly during our stay we cannot sleep well because disturbing by the sound problem. The hotel not fault only the surroundings noise make it a barely at night during sleeping. My suggestion the owner this hotel need take drastically measures to upgrade the all windows to fixed panel glass sound proof .I pity to staffs always try apologies for inconvenience when we tell them the problem matter i know they cannot solve the problem beyond they control. Only the owner hotel need try sleep at hotel both side room front and back and see your self I hope the the best in future some changes and,put effort solving the sound problems .the hotel everything are good except the sound problem surrounding.

This is our first time in Surabaya. This hotel was so strategic for its location. Near to coffee shop and convenience store.

Everything was excellent. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining options ranging from street food to proper restaurants. Plus, it's close to a mall.

We stayed one night on our way through Surabaya from Maluku and on into Java. The hotel did everything we needed and is within walking distance of one of Surabaya's main train stations for trains to other cities. There is a good restaurant 50m away, and even a few local sites nearby like an old submarine you can go inside(!?).

Great location! 10 mins walk to Tunjungan Plaza, 8 mins walk to KFC, Pizza Hut etc. Small supermarket just next door. However, unhappy with the following: 1. Faulty room door: need to pull to shut. I thought the slam would shut the door but no. I left the room door opened for 3 hours on the first day. Luckily nothing was lost. 2. Water flow out of sink too slow: within 10 seconds of washing, a small pool built up.

Very clean and newly renovated hotel. Just that the location is quite secluded. Must have own transportation for more convenience. Room is quite spacious for 2 people.
