B&B HOTEL Berlin-Süd Genshagen

Not acceptable. Extremely dirty. It's more of a hotel for assembly workers. I'm the only woman here. The men look as if they've never seen women before. 2 stars for service, even just because the lady at reception was nice. No hygiene standards whatsoever. I would never want to touch the floor without shoes. The remote control seems to have never been cleaned. Dirty mirrors, dirty floors, curtains and walls have splash marks. Everyone is drinking in front of my door (see photo of the courtyard). See the rest of the photos... it's just so dirty that no hotel manager needs to comment on it to say that someone is trying and that this is not the standard. The dirt is not from a few days. It's more like months. So please refrain from the standard phrases.

Ich war beruflich im Berlin und müsste dort übernachten, der Empfang ist j super freundlich aber man kann kaum die rezeptionistin verstehen weil ein Hund im Untergrund bellt die Ganze seit !!! Könnte da jemand was machen ???
