I like the shared living room with other roommates in our room. The kitchen, eating space, terrace and playroom are very nice too. It is also nice of them to provide free pasta in the kitchen.
The location is very near to the train station and bus station but a bit walking to the old town.
The bed is comfy, but the stair in the room to the loft is so narrow that I had a hard time carrying my luggage up.
The staff that helped me to check-in was not experienced enough as he hasn't seen my EU ID card that I have been using for over 10 years. If he doesn't recognise this EU ID card, I doubt he recognise my passport from Asia, that he had asked for it.
