Ho pernottato una notte in questo hotel, devo ammettere di essere stata piacevolmente stupita in positivo. Dopo aver letto le recensioni, ero un po' titubante, invece ho trovato una camera ampia, pulita, arredata in maniera semplice ma accogliente, smart tv da 32 pollici con Sky (con tanto di canali cinema), macchina del caffè in cialde, frigobar, cassaforte, climatizzatore, bagno in camera. Il ragazzo presente in reception è stato gentilissimo. Ho apprezzato il distributore di acqua a disposizione per gli ospiti che eroga acqua fredda, calda e frizzante, inoltre sono disponibili bustine di the, tisane e camomilla. I materassi non sono comodissimi, ma per una notte vanno più che bene. Si trova all'interno di un palazzo storico veramente ricco di fascino, in pieno centro, due ascensori e scalinata maestosa, bar e ristoranti di ogni tipo a pochi passi. Per il prezzo pagato direi un'ottima esperienza

Per fortuna siamo stati solo una notte. Le Camere e i bagni sono davvero fatiscenti, per nulla curate e per nulla pulite. La posizione centrale sicuramente è invidiabile ed il costo basso ma servizi assenti e qualità davvero scarsa. Da non ripete.

Really central location but there are too many problems: 1) hard to find since the sign is 20 meters from the entrance and this is a simple door of a building 2) really dirty room with stains in the bathroom that looked like blood 3) mold in the bathroom with peeling walls 4) bathroom too small and a toilet flush system that is indicated as delicate. If you use too much paper it clogs and they charge you €300 for plumbing. (All indicated by a sign) 5) toilet not fixed to the floor... 7) doors with a "homemade" lock 8) blood stain on the pillow... Very polite guy at reception. I wouldn't go back
