Hotel located in a not very recommendable peripheral area, shabby structure and dark parking, terrible reception, in a cold and dark hall, dilapidated corridors with broken lights, small rooms, without towels, without toilet paper and with non-working lights. There was no soap and hair dryer and blankets to sleep on, broken windows and dirty and holed curtains, with old and half-broken furniture. No assistance received. We had to leave by taking a different hotel as we could not stay in this hotel. It did not reach the minimum levels of hygiene and services required for a three-star hotel. The tourist tax was not even refunded (since we did not stay there). Highly discouraged for everyone. Avoid absolutely.

I definitely had higher expectations considering the price.
It was disappointing that there wasn't a kettle in the room and I had to ask for a hair dryer. Every other hotel I've been to provided a kettle with complimentary tea and sugar sachets and biscuits but this one didn't, didn't have a fridge either.
There was no subway station near the hotel so train would be your only option and it's more expensive.
The receptionist that first greeted us was nice but the lady provide us with lukewarm tap water when we asked for boiling water which was horrible.
The breakfast was also a little disappointing, something was missing every day and they said there was an issue with delivery.
