verblijf van 14-07 tot 17-07-25 kamer 112 de kamer was veel te warm kon die niet verkoelen, met de ventilator was dit niet te doen te warme lucht in de kamer tip airco plaatsen de dag van vandaag is dit geen luxe meer is standaard, vliegraam was vuil wat de keuken betreft ontbijt te veel moeten vragen om aan te vullen veel producten waren op zelf glazen of tassen hopend verbetering bij ons volgende reservering hopend op verbetering alvast bedankt

Erg vuil en afgeleefd. Vloer in de receptie, lift en gang is erg vuil. Overal vuile vlekken en schrammen op de muren. Ventilatie van het gebouw werkt niet. Frigo op de kamer was defect. Capsule vorige gast zat nog in koffiezetapparaat. "Clean my room" hanger aan de deur gehangen maar de kamer werd niet opgemaakt. Al bij al erg ondermaatse ervaring. Er moet dringend geïnvesteerd worden in opfrissing van het gebouw, deep clean en meer aandacht aan hygiëne.

Loin des prestations d’un 4 étoiles… Chambre 411…. « Familiale » : Lugubre, encrassée, très très sale,…. On nous a proposé une autre chambre, nettement plus agréable et propre … mais bon, c’était la douche froide malgré tout. l’établissement manque cruellement d’entretien…. Odeur désagréable un peu partout …. Bref une expérience à oublier. Bravo au personnel qui est très agréable et dévoué malgré le contexte.

Interieur is toe aan een grondige update. Kamer was te vergelijken met een heel warme sauna, geen cadeau om in te slapen. Luidruchtige ventilator bracht geen soelaas. Geen 4sterren-waardige opvolging (lege zeep-flacon in douche, gebruikte koffiepad lag ons op te wachten,...). Leuke buitenbar. Ontbijt was OK.

Eerste indruk in de lift was: verouderd en niet echt proper. Kamer gaf als eerst een positieve indruk qua grootte maar er was enkel een verplaatsbare airco die geen koelte gas. Resultaat was…een slechte nacht. Badkamer was prima en leuk dat het toilet apart is.

Hôtel très bien situé à côté d’un lac où l’endroit est apaisant calme avec une belle ambiance. Petit déjeuner servi excessivement cher par rapport au buffet et les prix des autres hôtels. Chambres confortables et propres . Personnel accueillant et chaleureux
