Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.

sono tornato in questo hotel dopo molto tempo, è sempre piacevole, ben ubicato di fronte al lago offre uno splendido servizio con un ottimo comfort, le camere sono curate complete di tutte le amenities, la qualità del sonno ottima i letti estremamente confortevoli.

My husband and I stayed here for four days to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and it was outstanding. The attentive and friendly staff was what made this hotel stand out for us. Enzo at breakfast was incredibly attentive even recalling the types of coffees we ordered the day before during our stay. Julien at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, very professional and kind.

Excellent petit séjour avec vous . Nous passons que très rarement à Genève mais quand c'est le cas, le président Wilson est une étape obligatoire. Petit déjeuner excellent, le personnel est très dévoué. Ma femme a fait un soin du visage avec Pauline au spa, une parenthèse de détente ! Et chaleureux accueil de Kevin en réception. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochaine étape à Genève c'est sûr !

okay so i'm not usually one to write reviews but this place was just... wow. from the moment we walked in, it felt special. the staff were super friendly, always smiling and ready to help. our room was gorgeous - clean, comfy, and with a view that made me wanna stay forever. the food was incredible too, we tried the restaurant and room service and both were top-notch. honestly, i can't think of anything bad to say. if you're on the fence about booking, just do it. you won't regret it!
