All was fine, shuttle from airport is fast only 5min. Staff is Kind. Love the clocks Audemars Piguet at counter.

Helpful concierge! Shoutout to Sebastien, Ridha, another lady on concierge that kindly guide us the right way to head to French sector of Geneva airport. The hotel is cosy and convenient with the free shuttle from airport. We also squeeze in some time for their lovely hammam and sauna.

Excellent location and service

I love the large swimming pool, sauna and Hammam. Very friendly stuff and comfi rooms. Probably the best hotel near Geneva airport. The shuttle to and from airport is for free

Overall very good. Very close to the expo. The staff always tries to help with everything. Sauna, gym, pool, hair salon, amazing breakfast!! Very quiet and peaceful

Overall, I was very satisfied. They gave us the room in advance, but one room was not cleaned properly. There was food left by the previous guest after we entered the room. After contacting them, they cleaned it up immediately. The environment is good, and there is 🚗 airport shuttle. The front desk was very polite and the service was good.

The hotel also charges parking fees for guests staying in the hotel, which is very expensive, but it is very expensive in Switzerland. There are not many restaurants, and there seems to be nothing around on foot. Overall, it is quite deserted, but everything else is ok.

The breakfast is more western style, and there is an airport shuttle bus which is convenient. However, the room is a bit old, and there are some small flying insects in the room when I first arrived... The service attitude of the supporting staff is OK, suitable for people who are attending the exhibition nearby

It was my first time to go to Switzerland. I am very grateful to Xiaomei, a staff member from Taiwan, who helped me find supermarkets and restaurants. At first, a foreigner arranged for me to be next to the warehouse on the 4th floor. The noise was very loud, so Xiaomei helped me move to the 6th floor.
