We have been staying here as family event with 4 rooms for 3 years in a row and this year was a terrible experience and we won’t be back! I would not book when they are catering to a corporate event as they basically probably charged us more than there corporate event rate and closed the whole outdoor area and bar for the evening to the guests for the evening so we.had to hang out in the rooms! Then they kept the corporate events music running later than the posted times! Not a lot of amenities and value for the money when they prioritize and cater to the large corporate event!!! So ask before booking if they have an event and will be closing the outdoor areas!!

The room had no headboard which looked cheap. NO luggage rack, no dresser and a tiny closet. The bathroom was super nice but small. No water in room. A small refrigerator sitting under tv which looked cheap. Food was average at best.

Had a sales meeting here and it was very nice. The staff were great and my room was very nice. They are under renovation, but you can see what the end result will be. Awesome location and great amenities. Loved the bar and they were very good. Great food options in the area, as well.

Great winter fun amenities, we had lots of fun sledding ice skating and snow shoeing! However our room was not cleaned properly , when we checked in there was evidence of the previous guests! Rose petals all over the floor and bathroom not cleaned up. Also morning of check out we head out to breakfast. Come back and our key doesn’t work and they were already cleaning our room. Checkout was 11, it was barely 10am! Not exactly what guests want to experience when they stay somewhere

Absolutely wonderful setting right on the lake! Rooms were super clean and staff was extremely helpful in getting my family and I set up! There was also a shuttle to all of the properties which was super helpful for not knowing the area too well! Would definitely recommend staying here anytime you’re in the Lake Geneva area!

My friend enjoyed his stay at Ridge Hotel which is now part of Geneva National. Great views from the Restaurant with an excellent happy hour. Next your wants to make it a spouse weekend with additional golf. The Ridge Hotel was centrally located to all of Lake Geneva activities. Staff at all locations were outgoing and friendly plus offering local knowledge. The Player golf course was in outstanding condition. Pace of play was superior to any courses in the area. Would be nice if the Geneva National website provided a flyover of all the holes.

The Hotel was very nice. I thought the rooms felt high end. Especially the bathrooms. I enjoyed my diner at the hotel restaurant Crafted. Italian food with a quality wine selection. The pool with the outdoor bar was an awesome vibe. All around it was a great experience at Lodge Geneva National.

The Lodge at Geneva National is truly the perfect getaway. From the luxurious rooms to the saltwater pool, not to mention the many dining options the resort has to offer. The staff is extremely friendly, and always accommodating. The Lodge is a must stop if you are in the area of Lake Geneva.

We stayed at Lodge Geneva National last week and I think we found our new favorite place in the Lake Geneva area. The whole lobby area is super cute and updated with a great coffee shop for the mornings. Our room was clean and fresh and our daughter had a blast at the indoor pool. The outdoor pool area looks gorgeous, can’t wait to come back in the summer to check it out. We had dinner on site at Crafted Italia. They handled my food allergies really well and we had a great meal. We’ll be back!
