Fairfield Inn & Suites Geneva Finger Lakes

The hotel was clean and the Finger Lakes were beautiful.

The hotel location is little far away from Geneva down town. However, it is relatively convenient for parking. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. I have the good stay at this hotel.

Tamara Carter is great to work with. We use Fairfield in Geneva to coordinate out-of-town guests and she makes the process very easy. Tamara is very communicative, detailed, organized and prompt when we exchange email or calls. Thank you, Tamara, for your ongoing partnership!

We were so happy they had rooms available for early arrival! Room was clean, bathroom updated, plenty of outlets all over, spacious room. Breakfast was typical Fairfield inn offerings but convenient and plenty of clean tables. Hotel was perfect location for our winery weekend.

I was traveling to visit family and my Bonvoy app directed me to this hotel. I didnt make the reservation through the app but stopped in and they had a room with a king bed for a reasonable price. The hotel appeared clean on the outside and plenty of parking. The lobby was clean and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The room I had was 2 doors away from the lobby on the first floor and I didnt hear any noise all night and got a good nights sleep. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The room has AC and is fairly quiet and does its job. The bathroom was good size and the shower was large and easy to use. One thing I would suggest is to get a non slip mat from the desk as the floor in the shower is very slippery. There is a notice on the shower door for this. There is a coffee maker with high test and no test coffee. The room was very clean and I always check for pests and none were found. Breakfast is served from 6-9am and was good. Typical free breakfast. Breakfast area looked clean. Would stay here again and recommend.

Everything was really nice about this hotel, except the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was plenty spacious and had a nice sitting area. Bathroom and Shower were fantastic. Morning breakfast was typical and good. plenty of seating even when it was full. Exercise area had no weight machines, only dumbbells and cardio equipment.

Just arrived. This hotel is near nothing unless you need a Dollar Store or Office Supplies. We are Bonvoy members but that meant nothing since we were given the worst room in the place - first floor front parking lot where a car parked feet from our window! Car doors slamming! We could also hear voices coming from the lobby! Room is tiny - barely room to walk around the bed with space for only one suitcase! And just one chair. We asked for a different room - given same exact room but 4 floors up. Air conditioner is next to the bed and very loud. Don’t expect to sleep much tonight. Not at all what I expect from Marriott! Skip this one!

New modern hotel. Great service as a Gold Marriott member they let us check in early and we received an upgrade to a larger room. Used the indoor pool which was nice though really small and no jacuzzi. Breakfast standard Fairfield and plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly except housekeeping lady who was quite grumpy when we asked her for fresh towels rather than book housekeeping. Loved the complimentary s’mores packages each evening to do over the outdoor gas fire. Great idea and haven’t seen at any other Fairfield. Quiet hotel, 25 min walk to town, no outlook from any rooms. Shops and fast food a few minutes walk.
