We liked absolutely everything about this small famiy run hotel of character and charm. Our room was spotless, well-maintained and attractive, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and a gorge witha river running through it. We had an oustanding meal in the restaurant, too, since talented and very hospitable chef Michel Marvie was trained by Bochse and Ducasse. Both room and meal were excellent value for the money, too. Highly recommended.

Our room was lovely - overlooking the river and the wooded hillside. Very clean, beautifully equipped, nice large shower, good quality bedding and tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and keen to ensure you were happy. The hotel overall was spotlessly clean and lots of comfortable places to sit in, inside and outside. The culinary experience was delightful, breakfast was abundant and there was lots to choose from. Dinner was a gourmet experience with great ambience. We loved this place and will definitely return.

An interesting hotel. Magnificent position overlooking a river gorge and the viaduct with the steam train. Staff lovely, helpful and friendly. Easy parking. We had a gorge-view room with balcony. Decent size and good housekeeping. Restaurant first-class with great food. Short menu but varied for us over our stay. Service very professional. Good position for exploring the Cevennes. Recommended.

Bonjour, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir une table au 3 barbus, exelente table, personnels au top .après le repas le chef fait le tour des tables pour savoir si ça s'est bien passé et s'est rare.

À notre arrivée on nous affirme nous avoir prévenu que le restaurant gastronomique était fermé je n’ai reçu aucun mail ni sms ils n’ont pas été capables de me montrer la preuve Au lieu de s’excuser l’hôtelier est plus que désagréable voir incorrect envers une femme plus âgée L’hôtel est décevant pour un quatre étole la piscine est vieillotte

Les 3 BARBUS une halte exécrable : • Si vous voulez que les engagements de l’hôtelier, du restaurateur ne soient pas respectés même les engagements écrits alors allez aux 3 Barbus. • Si vous voulez vous faire égueuler car vous exprimez poliment mais fermement votre mécontentement alors allez aux 3 Barbus. • Si vous voulez vous faire prélever 50 €uros par l’empreinte CB et vous entendre dire d’aller à l’hotel d’accoté, vous allez aux 3 Barbus. • Si vous voulez vous faire facturer 25 €uros pour un petit chien de 4,7 kg, vous allez aux 3 Barbus. • Etc. Passez votre chemin je vous le conseille. PS : j’ai les preuves de ce j’affirme.

L’hôtel est agréable, mais il manque beaucoup pour en faire un 4 étoiles: le parking de l’autre côté de la route n’est pas pratique du tout, l’absence d’ascenseur, l’absence de wifi, la télé qui ne marche pas, … Les chambres sont correctes, mais assez basiques, c’est 3 étoiles.
