Really good service. Really good location. Just a great hotel in Gensan, at just the right price. Check in was a breeze. And the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was good too! They change up the menu a little each day so it doesn’t get boring if you’re staying there days on end and like your breakfast. It’s a good mix of Filipino food, and generic breakfast food like breads and eggs how you like it. Pretty decent salad bar too. If you like a little ambience with your stay, and don’t mind a little city noise at night, then it’s perfect. 5 stars from me all around. Definitely gonna stay here again.

The staff are always smiling and very friendly.
The shower water flow is weak, especially in the early morning, and sometimes there is no hot water. Even if there is hot water, it is low in temperature and "lukewarm".
The breakfast needs improvement.
The porridge and salad should have more toppings and more variety.
The juice is poor quality and tastes like flavored sugar water.
The coffee is bitter and not tasty.

I stayed for 5 days
On the first day, they assigned us a room. The bathroom was very smelly, so we had to change rooms.
There was a problem with their hot water heater on the first night and they didn't tell us. As a result, I had to boil hot water to take a shower. The hot water problem for the next few days was also hot and cold.
When cleaning the room, I found that they put more than half of the clean sheets and quilts on the floor, and then laid them on the bed step by step. I was dumbfounded when I saw how dirty the floor was and it was a floor mat!
