no intercom, tv not working, hot water takes too long before to come out. easy to checkin and out.

Very Clean, friendly ang staff, nice ang rooms and very accommodating po..one thing malapit sa city and fastfoods🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Lousy Front Desk Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. During check out, that was around 6:30am, again there was NO ONE in the FRONT DESK, so again we just leave our Keys there since nobody was there again..It was also “Brown out/no electricity” on our 2nd day at the hotel,they said they were waiting for someone to operate their generator..But based on my hotel experience, among all hotels Ive been there, this hotel is the most lousy..I will never go back to this hotel again.I hope the management will make improvements in their services.

I checked in on the afternoon of December 22, paid for my whole stay of 2 nights and was given the key. The manager didn't have change and told me that he'd have the change brought to my room. I proceeded to the room and unlocked it and was surprised at how big it was. In any case, since I was there for business, I took a short nap and prepared stuff for my meeting the following day. I went downstairs and left the key with the manager and was given my change. I got back and got the key to the room which was left on the reception counter. The following day, I got breakfast and the staff was surprised that I was in another room. I told her that I stayed in the room to which I was issued the keys. I went off to my meeting and soon got a text message that I stayed in the wrong room and had to pay additional, much more than the room rate for which I made a reservation. I texted back that I was willing to move to another room. In any case, I had to leave what I was taking care of to move my stuff. Lo and behold, they moved my stuff without my supervision and I was texted to settle the additional fee. Like I don't know why it was my fault to stay in a room to which I was issued the key to. So beware if you stay here because you might be upgraded without your knowledge and asked to pay much more than what you booked.
