Zuerst kommt das Erstaunen, dass das Hotel Ossiacher See auf einer Anhöhe liegt, die es erklimmen gilt. Dafür wird man mit einem Traumblick auf den See entschädigt. Kurzum: die Lage ist wunderbar. Das Hotel nicht zu groß, familiär, in den öffentlichen Bereichen modernisiert (die Zimmer sind gemütlich, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Die Bedienung ist freundlich, das Essen ausgezeichnet, das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich reichhaltig. Es handelt sich um einer Familienbetrieb mit Vor- und Nachteilen (persönlich-familiäre Atmosphäre, ztw. werden Spannungen innerhalb der Familie spürbar).

Structure not up to expectations and price paid. It has a nice location but they don't know how to take advantage of it. Bad linen hygiene with sheets and pillowcases stained yellow. It requires renovation and replacement of very dated furniture
