Wow - this hotel is magical! Everything you could need for a perfect ski holiday - ski hire under the hotel - ski in/ski out. The food is amazing. Fantastic breakfast followed by lunch and cakes 2pm sitting in the sunny outdoor (but warmed with heaters) terrace. Evening meal is 4 courses and delicious. Thankfully you can burn off all those calories in the fantastic quiet ski slopes of Hochgurgl. The staff are all lovely and it was noted that younger servers were trained with kindness and respect. We especially liked having a set spot for breakfast and dinner and a regular friendly waiter - Janos. Pools and sauna also brilliant . Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Bewirtung. Der SPA Bereich ist einzigartig und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Vom Hotel direkt auf die Piste. Einen traumhaften Ausblich auf die Ötztaler Alpen. Speisen vom Feinsten und ein sehr erlesene Weinkarte machen den Aufenthalt im Riml perfekt.

Von Anfang bis Ende ein perfekter Urlaub ***** . Ich könnte auch 10 Sterne vergeben. Bei der Ankunft und während dem Check in mit einem Prosecco wird das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht und die Ski vom Personal im Keller verräumt. Der Chef schaut ebenfalls vorbei und begrüßt mit Handschlag. Das Auto wird vom Servicemitarbeiter in der frostfreien Tiefgarage parkiert. Somit beginnt ein Genussurlaub. Sonniges, neues, sauberes, großes Zimmer mit Südbalkon, 2 exzellente Wellnessbereiche mit Blick auf die Berge, 2026 soll noch ein beheizter Außenpool dazukommen und das Essen vom Feinsten. Alle Mahlzeiten mit sehr großer Auswahl, frisch, abwechslungsreich, reichhaltig und total lecker. Die Lage vom Hotel ist fantastisch, mit dem Fahrstuhl geht es direkt ausdient Skipiste. Durch die Höhenlage ist auch an warmen Tagen im Februar 2025 perfekter Schnee auf der Piste. Ach ja, Indoor Golf hätte man auch noch spielen können, dafür war in meiner Zeit das Wetter zu sonnig. Ich bin geschäftlich wöchentlich in vielen Hotels unterwegs, das Riml hat es für mich an Spitze geschafft. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächsten Ferien im Hotel RIML.

Wie waren schon zum 3.Mal hier und es ist super klasse. Auch unser kleiner Hund durfte mit und ich habe noch nie einen so herzlichen Empfang erlebt sogar mit Hund. Lage perfekt. Essen exzellent. Und das Mittagsbuffet mit Unterhaltung auf der geilen Terrasse. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Auch der Spa Bereich sucht seines gleichen.

Bei bestem Wetter wurden wir früh morgens auf 2200 Metern über Seehöhe sehr herzlich empfangen, konnten fürstlich frühstücken und sehr zeitnah unsere Zimmer beziehen. Mit dem Aufzug geht’s direkt auf die Piste und zum nahegelegenen Lift. Ebenso einfach kann man nachmittags zur ausgiebigen Jause auf der Sonnenterrasse einkehren. Essen und Service sind ingesamt hervorragend! Das absolute Highlight ist sicherlich die Sky Relax Area im Hotel mit Saunen und einem Whirlpool in Blickrichtung der Berge. Da kann man die Sonne beim Verschwinden hinter den Gipfeln beobachten.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Hotel Riml und waren maximal begeistert. Lage/Zimmer/Essen/Wellness alles super. Aber absolut bemerkenswert ist der Service, die Freundlichkeit, die Herzlichkeit, das Familäre, nichts scheint gespielt oder aufgesetzt - ein harmonisches, eingespieltes professionelles Team. Es wird absolut an alles gedacht. Wir waren ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier. Nächstes Jahr ist schon reserviert!

We have literally just returned from this wonderful hotel. We arrived late due to our flight, but as soon as we entered the reception we were greeted by warm friendly staff who put our bags to one side and whisked us off to dinner. The food, ambiance and service was second to none. We have travelled all around the world skiing, this was by far our favourite hotel. Comfortable rooms and amazing spa facilities. Cocktails were first class and they even have golf simulators. We would like to thank all the staff for a truly incredible skip trip. We can't wait to return next year.

Wir fahren schon viele Jahre ins Riml und freuen uns auf wunderschöne Tage. Das Hotel und das Personal sind unschlagbar. Es wird an alles gedacht und alles ermöglicht. Wir haben den 50 Geburtstag von meinem Mann im 2024 gefeiert mit ca. 40 Personen und es war einfach toll . Die ganze Organisation und das Personal waren so toll. Vielen Dank für alle tollen Urlaube. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.
