Hotel Egerthof

The property provides spacious rooms with balconies, excellent facilities, exceptional cleanliness, and warm hospitality. It's conveniently located near the train station but offers a quiet natural setting.

The room was big, as was the bathroom. We stayed in a triple room but there was a lot of room for all three of us. There was also a small private corridor in front of the room and bathroom. There was good lighting, also to enable us read. The pillows and covers were the fluffiest we have ever used. The place was very clean. The hostess and the host were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was quite diverse and they also offered freshly made eggs. They apparently mixed up my booking and booked a triple room instead of a double and a single room for me, my husband and our adult son. But as I have mentioned above, the place was big. And they compensated us with the price, so we didn't pay as much as we would have paid for the originally booked rooms. For breakfast there were only coffee (which we don't drink) and tea, but no hot chocolate (which we do drink). But there were water, milk and a variety of juices. So all in all, it was still a pleasant experience.
