Alpenlove - Adult Spa Hotel

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro, la stanza dove ho soggiornato era spaziosa con vista sulla antistante piazza e le montagne circostanti. Molto tranquillo nonostante la posizione centrale, in pochi passi si raggiunge la pista per lo sci di fondo. L’hotel offre uno ski room e una area benessere con piscina molto bella e spaziosa. Cene sempre gustose e abbondanti, grazie anche al buffet sempre rifornito. L’hotel dispone di un parcheggio coperto da prenotare in anticipo oppure uno scoperto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Ovviamente, per le operazioni di check in/out, si può raggiungere in auto. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliato

We booked the Urban Love double room. The room is not 4-star. More like 2-3 stars, if at all. The floor of the room was never mopped or vacuumed during our stay. The bathroom was only cleaned briefly. The mattresses should be changed again. We have never met holiday guests in Austria who behaved so badly. The cheese was taken out of the cheese dome by hand and cut. In the spa, despite the ban on mobile phones, people were making a lot of phone calls and chatting. In the sauna we repeatedly encountered guests wearing bathing suits, although this bad habit was reported to reception. The balcony, I call this passage or connection to another room, had not been cleaned for months or years. This hotel is not suitable for a relaxing week in 4-star style and is not recommended. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Seefeld is ideal for hiking and relaxing at the same time. Alpenlove hotel has a large functional spa and in April it was not crowded so we relaxed, the pool is very large with the water at the right temperature. Our room was very large and spacious, perhaps the mattress was a little too soft but these are subjective judgments regarding the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were satisfactory. The food was good and the service was very attentive. I recommend it.

We received very good information before arrival. However, we only saw the entrance to the underground car park by chance as it was not signposted. Unfortunately, the underground car park was very dark. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Visit to the spa was possible before check-in, but unfortunately there were not enough lockers. Very nice and spacious room (Diamond Chalet), unfortunately a bit oddly laid out. Good mattress but very soft pillows. Spa with 2 saunas, steam bath and Mediterranean bath. Very few relaxation rooms and a long way from the sauna to the outside. Nice large stainless steel pool (also textile-free) with countercurrent etc. The whole spa area is fine but could do with a beauty treatment. Very good dinner with a rich salad buffet. Very large wine selection and OK price-wise. Also very good breakfast with buffet and egg dishes to order. All in all, a nice hotel with friendly staff. You can see the effort to bring everything up to date, so it's not necessarily for someone who values ​​a stylish design.

The positive First: Incredibly friendly reception, rarely greeted so courteously and nicely, really great. Very nice housekeeping team. Very nice, modern spa and sauna area. Great view from the rooms. Very tasty breakfast. Now the negative: We had booked the Alpenlove - Adult SPA Hotel, assuming it would be an adults-only hotel. Unfortunately, this rule apparently does not apply to the owner, who was there with 4 children at the time of our visit and lived in the room above us, you can imagine the background noise, luckily we were able to change rooms. The hotel is in need of renovation in all sorts of places; stains on the carpets, scratches on the wall, water dripping from the ceiling (small staircase on the fourth floor), wallpaper peeling off in the stairwell from the underground car park, mold in the shower. It's really a shame that more care is not taken here. At the entrance to the spa area there is a small, sharp, unmarked step on which my companion knocked her toenail in half, this step should be marked. Unfortunately, dinner was disappointing. The soup was oversalted several times, on other days it had no taste, and the vegetables were often overcooked. One evening we ordered a bottle of wine and noticed when we tasted it that it didn't meet our expectations, so we sent it back. An employee then started shouting at us in an unbelievable way, saying that it was a very good wine and that he would still charge us for it. Even though none of us wanted this wine, they tried to pour it for us several times, practically forced it on us, and in fact the bottle was back on the table every evening. We felt very uncomfortable; that had nothing to do with hospitality or professionalism.

Hotel in the center of Seefeld, very convenient to the station. Cozy and spacious room. Excellent cleaning. Very friendly reception staff. Fabulous cuisine. Very nice and kind waiter. Very large pool, nice spa but small saunas. I recommend it, I had a great time

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Generally everything is OK, the location is fantastic! It is located right in a beautiful little pedestrian zone with really great bars/cafés opposite. Unfortunately the food is not that good. At breakfast they have almost everything, but all the products that are made in-house are mediocre. The fruit was mushy, the cheese was a bit dried out on the edges. The evening meal resembles a canteen... a very large room with no real daylight (NOT LIKE ON THE WEBSITE) where you are quickly rushed through the 5-course menu. The spa area is decent, but the saunas are a bit smaller than expected and you have to walk a long way to get some fresh air. We will come back to Seefeld, but will choose a different hotel.

We stayed at the Alpenlove Hotel in Seefeld for two nights and were very impressed. The rooms were quite large and beautifully furnished. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout. The food was excellent. There was a rich breakfast buffet and in the evening a 5-course menu with a variety of dishes, all of which were very tasty. The salad buffet and dessert buffet were also great. The spa area is also beautifully designed and you can choose between various saunas. We would go to this hotel again.
