Although it is a bit far from the city center, it takes 40 minutes to take the STB, but it is very close to the station and only takes 5 minutes to walk. We encountered heavy rain on the way to the hotel, so it was already past 10 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. I booked a triple room with two large rooms and one small room on Ctrip, but the front desk found that Ctrip had mistakenly booked a room for two people. Fortunately, the person at the front desk was Chinese, otherwise, according to the foreigners' way of thinking, it would be a question whether I could check in! There were only double rooms available, so the front desk asked us to check in first and change rooms the next day. The next day, when we were having dinner at the restaurant, we found out that the owner was also Chinese. The owner and his wife were very friendly and made Chinese food for us that was not on the menu. The taste was amazing and the price was reasonable! The room is big, new and clean. The hotel is halfway up the hill with a wide view and beautiful mountain views across the street. This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip to Europe. It will definitely be my first choice next time I come back!

Ho riservato una camera lo stesso giorno di arrivo tramite e-mail dopo aver ricevuto l’offerta dal hotel. Arrivati sul posto, per un errore dalla reception la camera non era stata riservata a mio nome. Purtroppo non c’erano più camere disponibili. In tarda serata abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro hotel. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Hotel situato a Mutters, pochi chilometri dal centro di Innsbruck, collegato con la linea Stb, raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione ottima, molta varietà di salato e poca di dolce. Personale cortese, che pur non parlando l'Italiano si è mostrato disponibile a fornire informazioni, cercando di venire incontro al nostro gap linguistico. Ristorante buono, sia i piatti austriaci, sia quelli asiatici, essendo la struttura gestita da asiatici. Unica pecca è stata il cenone di capodanno (90€ a persona, bevande esclude) durante il quale, nel complesso, si è mangiato bene, con un intrattenimento musicale piacevole, ma il tutto finito intorno alle 22.30/ 23.00. Dunque senza la previsione di un brindisi di mezzanotte, che abbiamo atteso al tavolo, annoiandoci, senza alcun tipo di intrattenimento, se non i fuochi del personale dell' hotel allo scoccare della mezzanotte.
