Bedingung war sehr freundlich, lage war auch ganz okay
leider gibt es im zimmer kein smart tv im ein film anzusehen
Sauna war ganz ok wasser im pool war etwas kalt
frühstücken war reichhaltig sehr große sortiment
im zimmer rach es etwas komisch und der kühlschrank im zimmer war verschmutzt

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel - another great holiday. Thank you to all the staff - the very welcoming Reception staff, the lovely couple who cleaned our room and left it spotless and to all the waiting and kitchen staff who worked so hard during our two week stay providing fantastic dishes every night. The standard of the buffet and dinner at breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed our daily swim in the lovely spa area. The fact that this was our fourth visit says it all and we will definitely be returning for more of the wonderful Austrian hospitality at Kaiserfels. Special thanks to Katrina for organising our stay as always so lovely, helpful and efficient!

Nach über 2 Monaten wollten sie fast den 3 Flächen Preis vom fix gebuchten und bestätigten Zimmer! Das Hotel ließ sich auf nichts ein. Ich bin mir sicher, dass dies kein Versehen war. Wir haben rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet und ich möchte jeden ermutigen, wo das selbe passiert ist, dies zu tun. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir gemeinsam deutlich mehr erzielen werden! Solch ein Verhalten darf man sich nicht gefallen lassen und ich komme auch aus der Gastronomie!

Wir haben Ende November gebucht und nach drei Monaten eine Nachricht vom Hotel bekommen, dass sich jetzt unser Preis um das über 3-fache erhöhen soll - zweite Wahl: Wir können natürlich kostenlos stornieren. Das ist ja sehr nett vom Hotel, denn das dürfte da System sein, wie man aus mehreren Bewertungen sehen kann. Wenn (es ist da eine große Veranstaltung in Kitzbühel) man die Zimmer teuer an den Mann bringen kann, es natürlich versucht und somit Kunden/Gäste, die schon länger zu einem Preis gebucht haben, entweder dazu bringt, dass sie das mehr als 3-fache bezahlen oder es wird storniert und dann wird es teurer verkauft. Also FINGER WEG und lieber in ein seriöses Hotel fahren, die auch bei etwaigen Fehlern anders mit Kunden umgehen bzw. einsichtiger sind. Und nicht nur schreiben, dass sie sich entschuldigen, aber es ist ja Fehler von jemand anderem usw... (Abschiebung des eigenen Fehlers) - denn wäre es ein Fehler von jemand anderem, könnte sich das Hotel sicherlich an den "anderen" regressieren. LEIDER muss ich einen Stern vergeben, sonst kann ich das hier nicht posten, aber dieser eine Stern ist unverdient

We had a great time at Alpenhotel Kaiserfels. The staff is very friendly, the hotel has great location just next to the lift, the rooms are spacious and clean and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The pool is also quite larger and there's activities for the kids such as foosball and a kids room.

Prima hotel dat op een mooie plek ligt. Skigebied niet zo groot en daardoor ben je al snel genoodzaakt om de auto/bus te pakken naar een groter skigebied. Elke avond buffet heeft niet onze voorkeur en de kwaliteit van het eten was matig. Zwembad ziet er prachtig uit.
