Very nice hotel, on a hill in the neighbourhood of Linz. All modern, very friendly staff, nice room, good underground garage. OUtside possibilities for nice hikes. The restaurant could offer more different things, that is quite restricted. Breakfast fine

Lage: Schön in der Natur gelegen. Die Fläche ist weitläufig mit Geschäftsgebäuden bebaut. Relativ ruhig, obwohl eine Straße vorbeiführt und früh die Anlieferung erfolgt. Zimmer: Sehr saubere, moderne Zimmer. Die Einrichtung an sich lädt schon zum längeren verweilen ein. Betten sehr gut. Wir haben geschlafen wie die Götter. Bad modern, sauber und groß, auch die Dusche...denn da passt jeder rein und wir hatten schon anderes erlebt. Service: Absolut aufmerksames, kompetentes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot, alles vorhanden. Auf Allergien (Laktoseintoleranz) wird umfassend reagiert, so eine Auswahl wird selten angeboten. Herzlichen Dank. Auch das Abendessen, bei doch gehobenen Preisen, ist gut. Kommunikation: WLAN sehr gut. Absolut stabile Bandbreite im ganzen Haus

Schönes, sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Ich war auf der Durchreise und nur 1 Nacht dort. Schneller CheckIn. Es gibt auch eine Parkgarage, einen Wellnessbereich und ein wirklich tolles Fitnesscenter, das ich in dieser Form in einem Hotel noch nie gesehen habe. Wohl auch, weil es von externen Mitgliedern benützt wird. Abendessen ging schnell und war wirklich gut. Es gibt einenschönen Außenbereich, der aber durch Loungemöbel noch aufgewertet werden könnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar ausreichend, aber mir haben nicht alle Gebäckssorten geschmeckt. Zum Rührei hat mir der obligatorische gebratene Speck gefehlt. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.... CheckOut auch wieder schnell und Problemlos. Sollte ich wieder in die Gegend kommen, werde ich sicher wieder im Hagenberg absteigen.

Das Hotel ist neu und sicher hauptsächlich für Seminargäste. Wir waren dort mit Freunden und Kollegen, weil wir an einem Hochzeit eingeladen waren, das in der Nähe statt fand. Unser Zimmer, ein Familienzimmer, war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Uns störte nur, dass die Toilette keinen Deckel hat und dass man in der Dusche nirgends eine eigene Seife oder einen eigenen Duschgel hinstellen kann, das muss alles auf den Boden. Weiter müssen wir den Zimmerreinigungsservice bemängeln. Die Reinigungskraft muss entweder kurzsichtig sein oder dann nach dem Bettenmachen das Zimmer gleich wieder verlassen haben, denn gereinigt wurden weder Badezimmer noch das Zimmer selber und das mit jeder Garantie. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dann wieder absolut top, mit vielen feinen, frischen Früchten und auch sonst mit einer guten Auswahl. Wäre das Zimmer richtig gereinigt worden, vor unserer Ankunft und während unseres Aufenthaltes, ich hätte eine 5 Punkte Bewertung abgegeben. Denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wäre sonst super, die Zimmer sind sehr preiswert.

Ein wirklich tolles und neues Hotel! Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Anregung: mehr Haken im Eingangsbereich und im Badezimmer! Den Handtuchhalter gegenüber der Dusche zu installieren, war keine gute Idee. Aber das kann man leider nicht ändern. Hotel-Architekten sind auch nur Menschen ;-) Den Wellnessbereich haben wir gerne genutzt und die Saunen waren angenehm. Alles ist super neu und das macht Spaß! Warum man im Ruhebereich, in dem man um Ruhe bittet, laute Musik spielt, ist mir allerdings unbegreiflich. All das sind Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht wirklich gestört haben. Am Abend waren wir im Hotelrestaurant essen. Es gab eine sehr kleine, überschaubare Karte und die Servicemitarbeiterin war super lieb. Sich allerding mit dem Koch über die Ausgabe der Speisen vor den Gästen zu streiten, war unnötig. Das Essen war auf alle Fälle köstlich! Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt keine Wünsche offen und hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt und uns für unser Golfwochenende perfekt gestärkt. Wir würden sicher wieder im Parkhotel buchen und bedanken uns für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, AC worked perfectly which is hard to find in Europe. Had a nice grill buffet dinner at the hotel and drinks at the bar. Every employee I met was super friendly and helpful. There’s a nice pond outside with ducks. My son enjoyed walking around the pond. Didn’t try the breakfast because we had to leave super early before it was served. Will definitely stay here again.
