The area is beautiful, the owner gave us very good places to go and my husband had an orthopedic boot, so he let us use walking sticks! So thoughtful! Thank you!

I was quite surprised by the experience, especially after paying 94 euros for a room that fell short of expectations. The room was cold, and the heating system was not working, despite my attempts to switch it on. Given the location of the hotel, it’s not reasonable to have no heating during colder nights.
Additionally, the toilet had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I was also disappointed to find that there was no way to make tea or coffee in the room. While there were options available at breakfast, they were not accessible throughout the day.
On the positive side, the breakfast was okay, the view from the hotel was stunning, and the owner was kind and welcoming. However, unless some improvements are made—it’s difficult to fully enjoy the stay or recommend it to others.

Beautiful and quiet place and the host was very nice, and beautiful Dog 🐕 ❤️ was there to receive us at night.

Beautiful location, within about 15 min of car time from the center of Villach or the Gerlitzen ski slopes (at the Ossiacher see), less than 1,5km from the Faaker see. The building, rooms and facilities themselves could do with some maintenance, but the owners are working on that. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and we had a very pleasant winter stay!

Great price for overall good stay
We stayed for 1 night travelling from Salzburg to Venice.
A clean and friendly family feel to this place in a spectacular location with supermarket couple of mins drive away. Staff were welcoming and helpful and supplied a good breakfast.
Our room was fairly basic but gave what was required but we did have to report a running toilet and the room got very hot due to heatwave and lack of any air con. Balcony was an added bonus.
