A complex of large but old apartments which are rented out. Our apartment was spacious but old design and furnishings. Ok for a one or two nights. Facilities include a large pool, gym, snack bar, some equipment for table tennis etc. The building is a 20-30 minute walk from the large shopping centre, which is great

Service was awesome and the facilities were a bit dated. It was easy for the Grab driver to go anywhere with Penang and it is a short distance to the Penang airport. I would stay here again.

Satisfying stay, good security, magnificent Penang bridge view from the balcony and window of the master bed room… but morning Muslim prayer from the nearby mosque may wake one up very early. Room service is top notch, more efficient than a 5 star international hotel. Nice comfortable resort feel lounge with a hot and cold drinking water dispenser, lounge is also equipped with 2 pool tables, a gym, table tennis table and bats, badminton/basketball court, a swimming pool and a small waterfall koi pond. Snacks and breakfast are sold at a cost.

I have stayed here with more than 10 colleagues. Although the building is relatively old, the overall hygiene and facilities are above average. Especially the attitude of the service staff is the icing on the cake. In addition, there is no need to worry about parking, you can park freely in any parking space.
