I recently stayed at Iconic Regency Serviced Suites and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While there were some positives—the room was new, clean, and in a good location—these were overshadowed by a major issue with the shower.
No matter what I did, the water was boiling hot, even with the heater switched off. There was no cold water at all, making it nearly impossible to take a proper shower. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
For the price I paid, I expected basic amenities like a functioning shower. Sadly, this issue made my stay uncomfortable, and I do not feel it was worth the money.
Upon check-out, the reception kindly offered a discount for my next visit, which was a nice gesture. However, the real solution is to fix the issue now, not just offer discounts for a future stay. ( Which I live in a foreign country ) A comfortable shower is a basic necessity, and without it, the stay was simply not worth the money.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the problem. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Not yet finished condotel but great location. Was noisy at night due to mosque and pool karaoke. Do t get a room facing the pool.

At Checking in, the front desk staff were very courteous, attentive, and helpful. Provided info on where to eat, and shop for groceries. The apartment was clean and well kept.
The house-keeping team was cheerful, and always wanted to do more than expected.
Overall. it's been a better than expected stay.
Highly recommended for business travellers too.
