There is 2 small cockroaches in the the bathroom. Overall cleanliness is not that good as well but the price is attractive and the location is good

Room is small maybe because we booked a no-window room. No fridge, no soap bar in toilet. They didn't make-up room even though we requested for it when we left on the morning of the next morning, so no towel changed when we came back on 2nd day.

The only reason to stay here is the convenience of location, many restaurants and kopitiam on the same row, 99 speedmart right behind, family mart convenient store 2 doors away.
Staff named Aina that check us in has no courtesy at all, I unstd it's a budget hotel, not even a single greetings. All she said was 3 phrase: IC, 50 Ringgit , sign.
Noticed cobwebs on the corners of the ceiling.
