很滿意的一次體驗，退房後接到酒店電話，才發現我把最喜歡的睡衣落在了酒店（原諒我因為睡衣是白色的），他們告訴我東西已經幫我收好了，並且可以幫我郵寄回來。他們還特地問我需不需要加急，或者有沒有其他的特殊要求。最後，我的睡衣先我一步到家了，真是太感謝他們了，以後有機會還會來的！

感動滿滿，因為有點小感冒，在葯店買了感冒葯才去的酒店。沒想到，前台看到我拿着感冒葯，聲音有點啞，立馬關注到我的身體狀況，非常貼心的給我準備了薑糖水，還特地為我們準備了一杯温水讓我吃葯，當時真的好感動，覺得這家酒店的服務真是太周到了，點贊！

酒店的服務態度非常好，房間很大很明亮，床上用品舒適温馨還很乾凈看着也非常舒服，倍感家的温馨，酒店還有非常豐盛的自助早餐，味道很好種類也很多。退房的時候看到前台擺着一些水剛想問可不可以拿一瓶，還沒等我問出口前台的帥哥就主動遞了一瓶給我讓我帶着路上喝，服務真的非常好，在房間打了個電話讓前台幫忙送東西小機器人幾分鐘就送到了，效率非常高，強烈推薦！
