房間有智能窗簾，樓下有買菜水果吃東西的地方，沒有電梯出入不方便，環境衞生房間內還可以，但公共區域的衞生還有待提高，老闆態度好。

雖然靠路邊，但是關上窗並不吵，房間比較大也乾淨，附近有很多吃飯吃燒烤的店，樓下有葯店，零食店，買水果麪包都很方便。去蔣三燒烤很近。

飯店有一個距離100米的停車場，老闆很努力的來回奔波幫助客人停車取車，為了在狹小空間裏騰轉，老闆拿着所有車鑰匙反覆挪車優化組合，努力的樣子很美麗！
