Świetne miejsce, stylowo, niezwykle smacznie, bardzo miło. Ciche miejsce bez biegających dzieci, co bardzo cenię. Śniadania doprowadzone do perfekcji, inne każdego dnia, ale smaczne codziennie. Obsługa zaangażowana, miła troskliwa a przy tym dyskretna. Pokoje urządzone z wyjątkowym smakiem, wygodne, bardzo przytulne. Serdecznie polecam służbowo i prywatnie.

Moja, już kolejna, wizyta w Moim Orłowie uświadomiła mi, że wciąż chcę tam wracać. Przemiła atmosfera, elegancki wystrój wnętrz i całego obiektu oraz sympatyczna Załoga sprawiają, że pobyty w Moim Orłowie są zawsze wyjątkowe. Very nice and friendly place with excellent breakfast. Hotel is placed in wonderful and peaceful part of the city. Rooms are furnitured very stylish. Staff really helpful and smiled. I can recomend this place in 100%! I will be back not only for business trips!

Miejsce nawet dla najbardziej wymagających gości - wystrój, jakość i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie . Brawo !👏 Śniadania a la carte - duży wybór na ciepło, na zimno - wszystko pyszne. Dodatkową atrakcją jest gustowna sala kominkowa, ale też taras na dachu i widokiem na morze oraz ogród, gdzie, przy sprzyjającej pogodzie, można zjeść śniadanie, czy wypić kawę. Polecam!!!

Hotel bardzo ładny, pokoje przytulne, lokalizacja wspaniała. Obsługa okropna, brak profesjonalizmu. Niemiła, sprawiająca wrażenie, że pracuje tam za karę. Śniadania bardzo skromne, średnio smaczne Niestety nie mam ochoty ponownie tam zawitać

Piękny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Niestety, obsługa zupełnie nie dorównuje standardowi obiektu. Najbardziej zbulwersował mnie komentarz pani z recepcji dotyczący mojego dziecka. Rozumiem, że hotel nie przyjmuje dzieci, ale jako organizatorka musiałam przygotować pewne sprawy przed przyjazdem grupy. Przed samym przyjazdem przyjechałam dopiąć ostatnie formalności, towarzyszyła mi moja 6-letnia córka. Zostałam poinformowana, że w tym czasie moje dziecko powinno zostać poza hotelem. Córka, słysząc ten komentarz, rozpłakała się i poprosiła, żebyśmy opuściły hotel. Pies może wejść, ale dziecko należy zostawić za drzwiami. Tak więc, jeśli masz załatwić formalności, przedyskutować ofertę lub zostawić coś w pokoju – pamiętaj, że dziecko musisz zostawić na zewnątrz. Obsługa hotelu jest bezczelna i złośliwa. Przy śniadaniu nie możesz się swobodnie poruszać, a porcje kontroluje obsługa – jedna z koleżanek usłyszała komentarz: „ale pani tego nie zje.” Czułam się, jakbym wróciła do lat 80-tych i stała się bohaterką „Alternatyw 4”. Nie polecam tego hotelu, dopóki nie zmieni się obsługa

We are currently staying in this lovely boutique hotel in Orlowo. So glad we found it. It’s a perfect place for a stay at the seaside. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished and the hotel is very clean. The location is perfect and it’s a short walk down to the beach, which is huge and connected to Sopot by a lovely, long walk. We have a first floor room which opens out via a terrace to the large back garden which is perfect for our puppy. What more? The breakfast is lovely with really fresh ingredients and a good selection. Last but not least the service and team working there are excellent. The staff are attentive but not in your face, readily accessible, responsive and friendly. They’ve created a feeling that you’re in a home away from home and there’s a chilled vibe, which helps to make it all very relaxing. We really like this place and will definitely come back soon. It’s a gem.

I love boutique hotels for their attention to details! Beautiful, spacious rooms, well designed bathrooms, charming living room with a fireplace and bright dining room! Breakfasts are amazing - you get a menu and you choose a start and a main course- all delicious. Definitely a place to REST and recover. The lady owing the villa is very charming and helpful- great service, honestly can’t say a bad word about it.
