Gaziantep Hotels with Airport pickup service

I now know how to meet before going to Ibis hotels. Gaziantep Ibis also provided the same standards of the same quality. In addition, the hotel's location is very central. If you want to walk, all places are very close to the reason for your arrival.

The hotel staff are professional and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. I talked with the staff about the internet issue, it didn’t work most of the time. We stayed there for 8 nights. I wished that would have been different as I had so many meetings to attend. I was disappointed of the internet.

Disappointing. Our room, a suite, was enormous and extremely nice but we could not get the AC to go below 27c which made it really uncomfortable. Someone would fix it and then a couple of hours later it would stop cooling again. On the other h and we couldn't get really hot water in the shower. Reception staff were helpful but the restaurant staff were unfriendly. We were surprised because we had had such amazing experiences everywhere else in Turkey.

We visited Gaziantep first time and because of it choose Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep, like something what we know already from different city’s and countries. We always know what quality of the Hilton will be same everywhere. Wanna say thank you for two guy’s from the reception, sadly don’t know their names. One guy was at my check in, other one at check out date. They was very helpful with amazing level of english language. Recommend.

As IHG employees, we booked 2 rooms to that hotel, because the price, the benefits and the location of course. For my luck, my friend knows the language. Otherwise there no possibility to communicate. When we arrived around 23:00, wanted to check in, and the man at reception said no English.. Came another one, also no English. My friend asked them about the employees benefits, they had no idea, and said us to ask next day morning the supervisor..try asked him, again no English, and also had no idea and said us to ask the next one. The next one was the same from check in.. My friend called reception to inform that both rooms the safe box not working, no one came.. The day after we asked the cleaners and they fixed them. The same about toilet paper..after 8 hours and after 3 calls the brought us. Also they didn’t helped is when during midnight we needed a pharmacy. They said us to google to find one. Feel so bad when to a 4star hotel you can’t communicate. From the other side a special thanks to the room cleaners.. very polite, very professional all the days.. At room you can find everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom also big and all the amenities. The menü cards in rooms was just in Turkish.no English. My friend ordered for us some times room service, food was nice and too much.

Doğan Bey daha otele varmadan bizimle iletişime geçti. Tam anlamıyla bir arkadaş gibi davranarak sıcak bir karşılama sundu. Her konuda kendisinden yardım alabilirsiniz. Sadece bir otel sahibi gibi değil aynı zamanda bir şehir rehberi gibi de yardımcı oldu sağ olsun. Otel olarak konaklanacak bina aslında eski ve nostaljik bir Gaziantep evi (konağı). Konakladığınız sırada aynı zamanda eski bir konakta olma hissini de yaşıyorsunuz. Bu da ayrı bir keyif. Bir kez daha Gaziantep'e gelsem mutlaka burada kalmak isterim. Zaten konum olarak da merkezde. Tekrar teşekkürler.

Located in the former Armenian district of Gaziantep (known as the Bey district), the surrounding area is lined with stone buildings. Sightseeing spots and markets are within walking distance, but the area around the hotel is quiet and comfortable. This building that used to be an old house is by no means a new building, but it is reasonably priced. Breakfast is provided by the staff and is rich in content. You can also relax in the yard.

Best option for this city! Avoid any other places. Car park with valet was free

Rooms, beds, hotel are quite clean. Workers are very concerned. The beds, kitchens are very comfortable. Breakfast *** is enough, varied and tasty. No parking problem. The location is very beautiful, and the near alternative is too much if you want to spend time outside the hotel.

Good hotel with good service and good location. Friendly staff. There was only a problem with payment. I had paid via Trip.com online. Hotel had not received the payment. Finally, it was well solved
