Kesinlikle tercih edilecek bir hotel
Biz bir gece konakladık tüm alanları kullanamadık ama yinede tüm imkanlardan yararlanabiliyor olmak hotel misafiri olarak çok iyi. Odamız ***et güzel ve komforluydu rahat yatağı var, temizdi. Açık büfe kahvaltı veren hotellere bakarak açık ara önde çok çeşitli bir büfe, Resepsiyon, Restaurant ve tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Gaziantepe gitsen tekrar tercih edeceğim otel. Tr ********** üzerinden on ödeme, apmadan reservasyon yapabilmekte iyi idi.

Otel çok temiz konforlu yataklar çok rahat kahvaltısı da güzeldi.Antep e tekrar gelirsek kalacağımız tek otel.Herkese tavsiye ederim konum olarak müze bakırcılar çarşısı gibi mekanlara 20 25 dk uzaklıkta biz çok memnun kaldık her şey için teşekkürler ☺️

***et güzel bir otel temiz ve odaları geniş, kahvaltı açık büfe ve ***et yeterli, ürünler kaliteli, personel güleryüzlü, hizmet iyi, aile odasında 2 gece konakladık, çok memnun kaldık.Lokasyon olarak muhit güzel, hayvanat bahçesine çok yakın ancak merkeze biraz uzak, otelin önünden tüm toplu taşıma araçları geçıyor.

4 star hotel, hardly
First positives: the staff is friendly and ready to help. View from 19th floor Caffè/Restaurant is great. MY room was on 17th floor, with a great view, and it was large. Now not so positives: the room carpet and the bathroom walls and floors had stains. Matress and pillows were very poor quality. The sink did not have hot water, i had to shave with cold water. The swimming pool is great, but other stuff like showers and WC needs maintanence. I can not recommend this hotel.

Otelin mutfağı iyi. Beyran ve kuru kavurma yedim, başarılı. Ancak 16. Kata nasıl sıcak su gelmez anlamak mümkün değil. En az 7-8 dakika ısıtınca tir tir titreyen bir duş. Resepsiyonda oda kartınızı bırakın ve min bar kullanımını belirtin diyen yazılı pankartlar var ben çok rahatsız oldum.

Sıcak su sorunu
Odalar geniş, temizlik ile ilgili bir sorun görmedim ama 16. Kata neden sıcak su gelmez anlamadım. 9 dakika akıttıktan sonra ancak duş alınacak sıcaklığa ulaştı. Kahvaltıyı denemedim o yüzden bilmiyorum ancak akşam beyran ve kara kavurma yedim onlar güzeldi.
