So many problems. Room price from website and was they quoted was different. If you book online it is cheaper on their website. This is stupid. I am standing here in person. Give me the rate I showed you online as I a member of Hilton. Next, out keys wouldn't work for the outside doors nor our room. I guess their system was down. We had to let a worker let up in our room, so one of us had to be there if the other left. There was a hanger left on the hook in the bathroom, so I was questioning the cleanliness of this room. This room is much smaller than other Tru's I have stayed at. The air conditioner was awful. It would come on for 30 seconds and then go off for a few minutes and then come on again. Finally, sometime in the night I got up to turn it off and it still did this!!! It must have been froze up or something. I also got a phone call that my best friend was found dead in her house unexpectant. So I was devastated. Breakfast was bland and there wasn't many options. The keys were still not working in the morning and the manager was on the phone will tech support. It was awful trying to hold the door while my husband carried stuff out to the truck. Overall, I will not stay here again. I didn't sleep, and I was offered no compensation for all the problems with the room key. I would like my money back. Staff didn't seem to care either about my trauma or hassle of not being able to use my keys. This was not Hilton standards at all.

Hotel common areas and rooms are clean and are what is expected for a Tru. Our bathroom, while very clean, had a shower that needed help - stained shower pan and low water flow / pressure. Hotel is convenient to interstate - but very noisy due to traffic. Also, very challenging to travel near the hotel area due to heavy traffic. We would skip this Tru if traveling through Gaylord again.

Stayed for 5 nights while in town visiting family. We had a good stay with no issues. Clean room and decent hotel amenities. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows. Way too soft and flat. Bring your own if you’re a picky pillow person like me. We would stay here again.

Due to it being no carpets in the rooms.. all wooden floors, the room above us had someone up almost ALL night walking and running.. think they had kids. Very loud all night..and we were in a room with a sink that didn't drain. The drain thing was shut closed.. and wouldnt open.

Nice place and great location. They said breakfast was included but we just had bread, bagels, some muffins, cereal, milk, and juice available. Hot water to make instant coffee. Now I know there had been power outages in that area due to an ice storm, but perhaps they could have given us a heads up or discounted the night?
