We had planned on staying at this location but a week prior to our arrival we both came down with COVID. We called and cancelled, being told we did not need a cancellation number as it would be fine. A week after we were supposed to be there, our credit card was charged. We called them for a refund and they said that was not possible. He said his computer system could not find us, even though we had a reservation confirmation number, but yet we were still charged. He told us to call our bank to get a refund. Seems pretty shady to us.
