Great service. Rooms. Staff. A resort where you can stay with peace of mind. There is an environmental conservation fee of 35 RM per person. The return boat is also an additional charge of 170 RM per person.

There were a lot of negative reviews when we went there, so we were a bit nervous. But the two days we were there were pretty good. The service staff was also quite enthusiastic. There were a lot of places to play in the hotel, and it was also suitable for lying down. The children would form teams to play freely, so we didn't have to worry about it.

Great vacation in a great hotel. Only the best memories. On the negative side - I saw a rat several times at night, but what can you do, jungle, animals...

It's not as exaggerated as many negative reviews say. It's pretty good. The boat fare to the island is 170 MYR per person. Please read it carefully before booking to avoid misunderstandings. It's a good deal compared to other hotels that charge a large premium during the Spring Festival. The food is okay. The only suggestion is that the room service speed can be improved. It takes half a day to order a towel. This island is worth a two-day trip.
The price/performance ratio is not high. It is small, with no place to relax, the facilities inside and outside are outdated, all kinds of fees are relatively high, and the quality of service staff is uneven. Fortunately, the small environment is pristine, the beach and sea water are suitable for swimming, and the breakfast is good.
