I visited during pitrapaksh mela. It was not good a experience. They need to give more focus on cleanliness. Staff conduct is like babus of givernment offices. Charges are much higher than the provises facilities.

this is the worst hotel ever they are serving non veg in pure veg restaurant where we were here for worshiping our anscetors at such a holy place Gaya ji and such a big mistake moreover they are convincing me to wave all the bill all the owners of the hotel are standing on my head and forcing me not to complaint also again and again trying to throw the plate

Room condition are very poor. Cockrcoch are moving around in room, almirah they are providing only one bath towel for two persons for ac deluxe room. They are not changing bed sheet in daily basis.
