Great stay. Fairytale location and attentive, punctual service. Good cleaning. The restaurant is excellent.
Signage needs to be improved for those who are unfamiliar with the area and are arriving at the hotel for the first time.

Dispiace dare una recensione negativa ad un paradiso come l Hotel Orlando. Siamo state lì per un pacchetto Spa di un'ora e mezzo il pomeriggio. Contattati più volte per definire prezzo e termini. Arrivate lì l'idromassaggio a causa di un temporale non funzionava .Ad aspettarci acqua ghiacciata! Oltre le scuse della responsabile arrivate a pagare il conto la Signora ci fa pagare l'intera cifra dicendo che comunque non era colpa loro e che lo sconto era già stato fato...ma al telefono il costo era uguale a quello che ci ha presentato. Abbastanza arrogate e poco professionale.Sicuramente non ci torneremo piu.

E’ una struttura incantevole curata nei minimi particolari. Sia gli interni che l’esterno sono perfetti.Lì ti senti in pace con il mondo intero.La titolare e i dipendenti molto cordiali e disponibili. Colazione ottima. Spero di poter ritornare.

Immerso nel verde delle montagne del Gennargentu, il resort nel parco naturale di Santa Barbara offre un'esperienza unica, tra natura incontaminata e relax. Perfetto per escursioni e trekking verso meraviglie naturali tutte da scoprire. Eccellente la cura degli spazi verdi e la splendida piscina di acqua sorgiva. Le camere sono spaziose ed impeccabili, arredate con materiali di qualità raffinata e, nella spaziosa reception, opere d'arte locali e non. La spa è veramente completa e suggestiva. Lo staff si distingue per gentilezza e attenzione. Ottima cucina tipica, colazione abbondante e prodotti locali di qualità. Consigliatissimo!

Highly recommended. Super staff on the reception -- Malia and Kerem. They could not have been more helpful. Rooms had everything you need. The breakfast had lots of choice with fresh local items. There is also another restaurant a shor walk from the hotel.

El hotel Orlando es un lugar muy tranquilo, con su piscina parece un oasis pero en medio de un bosque. A unos 500m de la carretera, lo quenle hace muy accesible pero aislado de los ruidos. Su cocina es excepcional, productos de alta calidad, típicos de la zona para el deleite de todo el grupo que vinimos. Pasta casera, embutidos excelentes y carnes a la brasa para reponer fuerzas para proseguir explorando en bici este bella zona de la Cerdeña

Cosa dire di questo posto unico e magico ??? Meraviglioso Territorio e una Location davvero da Favola...Dalle Titolari Pietrina Maria e Caterina a Maria Assunta capo Ricevimento, Sofia, Maria ed Antisa e tutto il personale che curano questa location con tanto amore Tantissimi Complimenti. Dalla Pulizia impeccabile di Pina e Marcella ad arrivare alle deliziose torte e tutti prodotti genuini del fantastico buffet che varia dal dolce al salato vanno fatti altrettanti complimenti ed un speciale riconoscimento per l' accoglienza dedicatoci a tutto il nostro gruppo di lavoro . Che dire del ristorante con lo Chef Salvatore e l' immenso Signor Mario in Sala ci hanno fatto sentire a casa con tante pietanze speciali varie e deliziose !!! Grazie Grazie Grazie. Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Orlando è stato indimenticabile. Un'esperienza unica, tra la bellezza della natura circostante e l'atmosfera accogliente che si respira in ogni angolo della struttura. Un ringraziamento speciale a Pietrina, la proprietaria, che con la sua gentilezza e professionalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Sempre disponibile e sorridente, ci ha fatto sentire parte della sua famiglia. Al signor Mario, per la sua infinità disponibilità e gentilezza.
