Mysigt och trevligt
Väldigt välkomnande personal i receptionen. Sköna sängar. Tyst och bra rum med mörkläggningsgardiner. Bra utrymme i badrummet med generösa hyllor för toalettsaker.

Centralt, bra och välkomnande hotell
Ligger väldigt centralt och nära till tågstationen. Trevlig och bemötande personal. God frukost men lite minus på att det inte fanns så bra utbud för middag (speciellt när man åkte med sin 4 åring). Men det fanns bra med andra restauranger i närheten. Ett annat minus är att incheckningen var väldigt sen (16.00). Och det gick inte att checka in tidigare. Men bagaget kunde vi lämna i ett låst rum så det blev superbra ändå.

We always stay at Scandic CH when visiting Gävle, there is not other option according to us. We are always having the best service experience every time we are there and could not ask for anything better. The location, rooms and breakfast are all great but what stands out is the service level. Can´t wait to be back!
