Its a quite good hotel comfortable stay in this hotel and i enjoy swimming pool also there its clean but the filtration not start and one thing disappointed me that if i order food or water we need to pay that time only when we received the order like if i order 5 times water bottle we need to pay 5 different times

Very net and clean, I found the price a little on the higher side. At least for first time guest a free or at least a discounted breakfast buffet would be nice.

I had an exceptional stay at Hibiscus Select Hotal From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the quality of the linens to the thoughtful amenities provided.
The on-site dining was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely return!

Good:
The room was quite comfortable, and the staff took care of my request for a quiet room.
Bad: The service lift being out of order caused main lifts being used for shifting catering furniture, etc, causing inconvenience to guests. Customer doesn't care about the root cause. kindly get it fixed

If I could give negative stars, I would. Calling this place a hotel is an insult to actual hotels — it’s more like a horror movie set with a breakfast buffet thrown in as a cruel joke. The approach road is so narrow and chaotic, you’d be better off arriving in a helicopter — if only there was a helipad on the roof of this glorified dump.
Breakfast? Please. Even roadside thelas have more hygiene and taste. Here, you get flies and cockroaches as complimentary toppings. The restaurant looks like it’s allergic to cleanliness — filth everywhere, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the staff offered hand sanitizer as a dessert.
Even if they pay you to stay here, save your dignity and sleep on the footpath. At least the open air won’t smell like ****
