Filthy, this room was NOT CLEAN- specifically the beds (with noticeable hair/stains etc.) so much so that I spent $75 buying my own bedding/sheets to put on the bed. There is actual mold around the bathtub, on the wall in the room. The TV screen is messed up LCD there are lines through the picture... attempted to call the front desk to report that we had a broken and other issues TV 4 times from the room phone and my personal and nobody ever answered. where is the management/cleaning crew at this place? Stayed in July 2024

It's your average no tell motel. The rooms have been updated but the floors and most everything else hasn't been cleaned since installation. Our socks were black from walking without shoes in our room. The town is a giant tourist trap so don't expect greatness from this place or any other. It's ok for the right price, to me anything under $80 you did ok

Wonderful Creek to look at and to hear. Management is working on the smoking on the balconies. If not on the top floor the ash can fall on your balcony and you can track it in without knowing it which dirties the floor in your room. The room was clean, except the floor. The room was updated and looked good. Beds were very comfortable.

This place is nasty has mold not cleaned black hair in tub electric issues im sure fire Marshall should see. Management Is rude spend the extra few bucks to go up the street u will be thankful you did. Its a mini prison they are passing off to be a wilderness experience not true at all

If you are looking for an inexpensive, "campy" (in the best way possible) place to stay in Gatlinburg, this is it! Right off the main *****, this modest little inn is a great place for the family. It's clean and the office staff is friendly and helpful. It's easy to walk into Gatlinburg but it's a little bit farther away from all the noise the the ***** brings. We also saw real live wild bears from our balcony both rights we were there! It was fantastic!
