It was very good location but, as far as you can tell by the pictures it is very low end, and subpar to say the least. It is ran by Indian people and they are not taking very good care of things. The breakfast was not what I thought it would be. I got up at 9:00 to go and get something to eat and there was nothing to eat so I had to go and get something at one of the local restaurants. The room service is real slow at doing things and cleaning the rooms, and I only seen one person clean all the rooms. There is no swimng pool either because it looks like they have filled it in with dirt, and you can see it is all grownup and nasty. I would not recommend to stay here. I paid $159 for 2 nights, and overall I was not very satisfied with this stay.

Nice place to stay walking distance to attractions, free parking, decent wifi, clean rooms, hard beds, good hot showers with good pressure and affordable rates. The only downfall is one of the pictures on-line show coffee and krispy-kream donuts in the lobby but this motel only serves coffee in the lobby in the mornings but the Log cabin restaurant is right next door and they serve the best breakfast in Gatlinburg. Motel is surrounded by area churches for Sunday services and in a safe neighborhood. Motel staff is awesome, two daughters aiming to please, excellent concierge's very knowledge with area attractions and great places to eat and explore.

This was a great motel last year. It appears they have done nothing to keep up the place. The electrical was shot in room 103 the GFI plug would not stay set and the plug by the bed was so loose I had to hold my wife's hairdryer plug in place while she used it. The light in the bathroom/shower area had to be switched on and off several times to get it to come on. The front door weather ***** was so worn you could see daylight under and around the door. This would not have been so bad if the heat halfway worked. The towels and wash cloths looked dirty so we went to Wal-Mart and bought some. The TV does not get any locals stations if you like football some of it comes on CBS. I ended up watching the SEC championship game on my phone. Do yourself a favor and move along this one is a bad stay. Not so bad at the weekday price of $66 per night but then they jack it up to $188 for the weekend. Those are the cons the pros are the mini fridge worked great and it did have a bed...

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. We were given a different room than we were supposed to have as well. They are filthy, with black mold in the shower/tub and the tub jets. The chair was stained and disgusting, as well as the carpet. Spider webs and dust and crumbs were everywhere and the drawers had a musty smell. Not to mention the microwave was dirty and had a burn mark in it. We asked for a different room and they said they were sold out , that they would refund us, and they didn't. I called the place we booked through to check on that and now they are telling them a different story.

This hotel was probably built in the 60's and has never been renovated. The pool has been filled in with dirt and the ice machine is on the back side of the hotel. Kind of creepy. The breakfast was muffins and cereal. No juices. The machine was broke. The staff was extremely friendly though and tried to accommodate us.

We stayed 2 days. Friday was kinda ok, no TV (was not their fault), fixed on Saturday. The room was clean, the people there was nice. Overall, a nice older motel. Would be nice to have, pop machine & ice. 😉

It’s on the Trolley route, close to all the great tourist attractions. During the off-season, there’s no one in the lobby and breakfast isn’t really there. You are directed to another nearby hotel, their sister hotel to have breakfast. That was kind of inconvenient for me so I just did breakfast on my own. Other than that it was all I needed for my short stay. Cindy at front desk was super nice and helpful. Even though there was no one at the lobby, there was a texter that would answer my questions. All good.

First off I knew when I booked the trip I wasn’t getting the best place to stay, But this was a last minute fall break trip, and we didn’t know about all the Octoberfest, or the craft fair events, so now I know why every other hotel was booked solid! When we arrived the Front desk wasn’t in the best mood, which hey I’ve worked in customer service before so I get it, but I was shocked when he used such foul language in front of my child, of course we curse sometimes but using GD in front of a toddler was over the line for me!! But anyway when we got to the room it smelled like grandmas basement, muggy, nasty, moldy! And it was infested with these flying bugs! I understand bugs can happen with the weather change so I let that go. But the black mold in the shower stall we found the next morning was disgusting! Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night because I was ready to run! I also has an allergy attack from something in the room, which overall isn’t their fault I know that but it made the stay that much more horrible!! 10/10 will not return again.

Location was great. Walked to downtown Gatlinburg. Pancake house next door is a great breakfast place. The front desk attendant is very pleasant. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. We would stay again for a couple nights stay and choose to spend the money saved on our room for other things. Free parking is great also since we stayed in prime Leaf season and downtown parking is $20 a day.
