We stayed three days. Hotel needs major upgrades, check your Sheets because they were not clean. Thank God we had brought our own. Also, the bathroom needs upgrades. We got the Mountain View, which was nothing but trees. But the location and the staff was great. When they drain the pool, it leaks in the parking ramp, so be careful.

This is a decent hotel in a great location. It is one of the nicer hotels in the area. It is in the middle of everything with only a few minutes of walking. The staff was friendly. We had a fireplace in our room which would have been nice if we didn’t have a toddler with us. We also had a balcony with a view of the trees. It is located on the river which is very pretty. Beware of bears in the area! There was a large bear on the river late at night just steps from the hotel. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was quiet even with a full hotel. Parking is included in your stay.

This hotel is in prime location with amazing views from the balcony. Everything is clean and breakfast has great options to choose from. The lobby area always has fresh coffee and hot water for tea 24/7 which is nice. The staff at the front desk are very friendly & Debra is so helpful. Price is worth it for cleanliness, location, and service.

We stayed in one of the queen beds with jacuzzi tub on the 8th floor. Not much of a view on the back side other than of the pool and the backside of the Lou rain but the room came with a huge jacuzzi tub and a fireplace that was great. You have to call to get the fireplace lit which was not ideal after a long day but it was a nice extra to the room. Breakfast had quite a few options and was a rather large space for most hotels. Check in was easy and other than other guests smoking on their balconies and it coming into our room (which isn’t the hotels fault) it was a lovely stay. The bathroom and carpet is outdated but it didn’t take away from the room.

Close walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Easy and friendly check in. Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and clean. Beds were firm and comfy. Parking under the hotel had spaces for large vehicles and access to the lobby. Free breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruits and juices. The indoor pool and two hot tubs was a treat for the kiddos after a long day.

Excellent location in the heart of Gatlinburg. A decent breakfast is available and there is a super cool pool area with a whirlpool, too! The staff was also very friendly!! Lots of parking for the guests with an elevator directly to reception. The room was a bit outdated, but very clean! I will be back...

Check-in was nice and the lobby was clean. When we got into our room the bathroom needed an additional once over. There was some standing water in the shower pan and about half a dozen hairs in the shower. The bathroom is showing its age but you still have the modern amenities. The a/c unit got really cold which is a good thing if you run hot. Breakfast was free and delicious. The location is great being close to all of the main attractions but yet set off from the main drag. They have parking under the hotel with the first level for oversized trucks and cars. The second level is for smaller cars under 6’.

Clean rooms, nice front desk service, walking distance to the attractions. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. I rated this 4 stars because of the loud air conditioning unit in the room and the elevators were slow. The breakfast is good enough.

Perfectly located in the middle of Galtenburg Tennessee, near to many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, yet still very quiet. There is a pool area which is very nice, vending machines on all floors, an excellent breakfast and friendly staff
