The staff was so friendly and helpful! The rooms was clean and relaxing. Listening to the creek was awesome!! The only thing that was a little frustrating is thr parking/way to get in and out back on the road. During busy hours unless someone let's you go, it's hard to get across.

Our overall experience was excellent...For my husband's first time visit to Tennessee he truly enjoyed our hotel stay and all the fun things we did in and around Gatlinburg..

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. View from room was wonderful and calming, we were near activities but not right in the middle of it wglhinch is ideal for us.

HIDDEN GEM! I am typically a Marriott/Hilton traveler, but have always wanted to try this place on the river. This year we needed a quick one night stay, and so we stayed here. Clean, remodeled, and an AWESOME view! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were great! We didn’t have time to try out the breakfast or pools, but for a quick stay we were more than please. I typically do not leave 5 star reviews, but this place was superb! Only suggestion: The staff at the check in desk could’ve been a little warmer. They were a bit cold and grumpy! I hope management will work hard to keep this place up and in good shape!

The room was small but clean with amenities that one normally wouldn’t see in a typical room this size, such as a heating lamp in the bathroom. Every room has a beautiful view of the River. We particularly like the very sturdy comfortable stool chairs on the balcony. We didn’t use the indoor pool. Parking was adequate.

We wanted to stay here do to the location. The check in lady was very rude and kept making rude comments. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The rooms are a little outdated. The balcony for watching the river is pretty cool. Parking is a disaster as there is very few parking spots. Overall nice stay but the front desk could use some help on customer service.
