This Motel is a great place to stay while visiting. The Motel is clean and the office staff are friendly. The Motel is in walking distance from the Gatlinburg Parkway. We waw a bear here this trip and the overall experience was great!

Great stay, but people were hanging on walkways smoking ****. Not a prude or Karen but was with our child. Saw a bear by the dumpster, that was pretty cool. Parking is tight. Area around the motel is ran down but you can tell there is work going in to the area to revitalize. Room was nice and clean. It’s a MOTEL 6 not a ritz Carlton. Exactly what we needed for no longer than we spent in the room over a few days. Staff were all very nice and friendly.

This is definitely our "go to" motel. The front desk staff are always friendly & helpful. The rooms are nice & comfortable. Walking distance to town.

Could have been better.
Absolutely love the attitude & friendliness of the front desk lady. We did have issues with the bathtub not draining from day 1 of our stay. It would've been a great stay if we had been switched rooms in the beginning instead of waiting till the day before departure to be offered a room change.
