Honestly first impressions very nice room I’m in room 307 so amazing and amazing view of gatlinburg so definitely stay here also there aractions not just in pigeon forge and seiverville but overall 10/10 I would definitely come back here..

It was off the main street but walkable to shopping and dining. Great personel and very helpful. The apartment was well laid out and clean. The bed was to small and to soft.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay, everything was great from the start. Nice, clean room with everything we needed for the night. The bed was comfortable and clean. The only complaint is the fireplace doesnt work. We were really looking forward to using it. The condo is walking distance to the main ***** with The Village being super close. We were able to walk to the Pancake Pantry for breakfast and the arcade after a night at Dollywood. Super quiet.

Great place to stay!
Loved our stay at Olde Gatlinburg Rentals! We have stayed here about a dozen times in the past 4 years and every visit we found the rooms pristine! These units are centrally located to downtown Gatlinburg and it’s many attractions!

Good quality for the price & location.
Very nice place to stay for the price & location. Could have used a few updates. There was no hairdryer. Bed wasn't very comfortable

Worst of the worst experience ever
There was no one at front desk after 5 PM. The elevator was in open area and not working. We had to struggle for 30 minutes in 10 degree F temp. Called the number mentioned in email but did not get any response. Finally we went to another hotel. Again tried nect day at 10AM bit no one was at front desk.
