Don was awesome, very informative. We will be back for sure. The hotel was situated in a great location, but it was very out dated and could use some cleaning.

Disgusting. Cat hair everywhere even though it says no pets. Spots on bed coverings.. and sheets. We actually took it off and put it on floor. Slept in our clothes. Put T shirts on pillows because at least we knew they were clean. Couldn't get out of there quick enough. Left at 4 am. Left keys in room and called later. Office doesnt open til 8 or 9. The only positive thing is that they refunded our money for the unused nights even though it was nonrefundable.

Lost out reservation for a 1 week stay for 3 rooms even after multiple confirmations…IN WRITING. Couldn’t even say if they would have 3 rooms for one night no less the week. The individual responsible wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. Totally poor management and operations.

I've been staying in Gatlinburg since the 1990's and have tried dozens of places. My previous stay here was much more pleasing. The room quality and comfort was decent for sure. But staffing was spotty and non-existent after 6 PM or so and the property was very dark for quite some time before the lights came on. There was a sizable gap between the door and the floor and a lot of leaves blew in while I was in town. Certainly nothing offensive but there are so many places in Gatlinburg to choose from that quite frankly, offer a more satisfying experience. I really do like the location because it's quiet and yet very close to the center of town.

Great hotel for a great price
We love this hotel! The hotel is in walking distance to the main *****. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. We will be staying again!

Not fancy, inexpensive, safe. Close walk
This was a brief get away for 1 night in Gatlinburg. I loved how close it was to the main *****, free parking, and a in room coffee maker. It served it's purpose of having a place to lay our head for 1 night. It's not fancy, and definitely dated, but for $100 it is good! Check in was the fastest I've ever had! Would definitely stay there again

Nobody was ever at front desk. Room was filthy. Didn’t have a remote to the tv and took a day before I finally got ahold of someone to bring the remote. Bathroom was awful. Door was falling apart. Bath tub drain didn’t have a stopper and the shower handle was broke. Absolutely no water pressure.
